Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children under 16 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
